Laura, I know you tagged me last time and I never did it. So, I will do this one.
This is a picture that I took on a hike that John and I went on. You can kind of see Sally in the back ground. The mountains are so beautiful this time of year. I love the fall.

Sally is wearing a little doggy back pack that helps her get better exercise.
Nice picture. Makes me realize I need to get out more. And now does a backpack help a dog get better exercise?
